JOB GOAL: The Marketing Content Coordinator is responsible for actively maintaining and developing internal and external marketing collateral for Wedgwood Christian Services. The Marketing and Content Coordinator will implement marketing and communications tactics. Collaborating with multiple team members and vendors, they will ensure that all marketing efforts communicate consistent branding, design and messaging.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Advancement & Marketing team, other departments, and external partners to drive the development and implementation of:
Marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, one-sheets, graphics, etc.)
Internal and external needs
Online content (e.g. blog, photos, videos, etc.)
Provide input on content development and design
Ensure all marketing materials (print and web) follow brand standards, and are effective, attractive, and kept up to date.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute the agency’s social media strategy (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Assist with web and digital marketing strategy implementation.
Research trends, analytics, and best practices, and deliver insight and strategy applicable to the agency’s needs and goals.
Coordinate and prepare materials for various presentations and events.
Develop and implement communications strategies for texting program.
Apply strong project management and communication skills to manage multiple projects and clearly communicate project plans and status to all stakeholders.
Assist with department projects including event preparation and execution, fundraising efforts, and administrative needs.
Responsible for timely Quality Assurance compliance as related to employee’s roles and functions.
Actively participate in supervision and team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback for department planning.
Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. The employee must maintain a consistent work schedule and be available during the assigned hours to perform the duties of this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in marketing, marketing communications, public relations, advertising, or design.
Internship or prior experience in a marketing or marketing communications role.
Detail orientated and highly organized
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects independently and consistently meet deadlines for complex projects.
Proven ability to work well across multiple vendors/stakeholders.
Demonstrates creativity and a strong eye for compelling design and content, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and visually engaging materials that align with brand standards and organizational goals.
Experience with digital media, social media platforms, and design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva)
Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose, and objectives of the agency.
HOURS OF WORK: Monday- Friday, 40 hours
