Shift Supervisor (FT) - Cook-Claus Program
What you’ll do
Working in one of our residential homes alongside our experienced care team, you’ll implement individual treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of girls ages 12-17 in our program. You’ll ensure the safety of each child, and manage tasks that create a warm, loving home for kids who need a refuge.
Shift Supervisors are also responsible for providing support to program management by organizing, directing, and supervising the direct care team on each shift in order to assure consistency and continuity in treatment.
Compensation + Collaboration
We’re starting team members between $19-23 per hour with a generous benefits package. You’ll join a passionate, purposeful, and collaborative team who is committed to doing what it takes to give youth a brighter future.
Schedule: 4 weekdays and every other weekend, rotating between 1st and 2nd shift.
Let’s be honest…
We won’t sugarcoat this. Some days are going to be tough. Those in our care have been abused and neglected, have histories of mental health challenges, and some are involved in the juvenile justice system. Their trauma is real. They’re short on trust and sometimes quick to anger. They’re not used to caring adults who show up day after day.
But you will. You were built for this.
